Hello, my name is Mr.Eckert and I am one of the art teachers in the Marlboro Middle School. I teach most of the 8th grade art students in Modern Art, a Graphic Arts class and a Drawing and Painting class for 7th and 8th grade students. I received my BS degree in Art Education with a minor in Graphic Design from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. I currently am working on my Master Degree in Curriculum and Instructions to further my professionalism and knowledge of education.
I enjoy teaching all aspects of art but my passion for art is graphic design as well as Drawing and painting. I continue to create and design art such as logos, business identities, graphic T-shirts, and murals for local businesses and spaces when the opportunity is available.
